Whether time is an issue, travel is a problem, or you may have your own gym but not quite sure how to make the best use of it, or indeed you may not have the confidence to train in a gym. Ian can address all of these issues for you by coming to you. Ian will bring all of his own equipment to you including dumbbells, kettle bells, step box, resistance bands, medicine balls, balance board, ankle weights, agility cones and more. All that is required is that you have an area with enough space to train in. Ian covers the following areas - Hainault, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, Woodford, South Woodford, Woodford Green, Abridge, Ongar, North Weald, Chingford, Theydon Bois, Wanstead, Barkingside, Fairlop and Repton Park. If your area is not on the list please do not hesitate to contact Ian, as he still may be able to accommodate you.
All home sessions are tailored especially for you and come with regular goal achievement tracking, a nutritional plan and a Fitness plan. All fitness plans can be adapted for working out at home or at the gym.
My Husband and I have been training with Ian for over 7 years now. Our long term commitment is due to Ian being a dynamic trainer, ensuring our training programs are varied so that we never get bored. More importantly we continue to see good results as Ian provides end to end support from advice on nutrition to exercise regimes outside of training lessons.
Although my husband and I train together, some of our exercises are tailored to each of us whilst for those that are the same. Ian generates some healthy competition to keep a momentum going - and it's much more fun.
I recently went through major surgery, Ian designed an exercise program to support me through to full recovery which helped me get back on track and to get my confidence back for which i am very grateful.
We are both aged 50+ and we aim to train with Ian for as long as we can as the benefits are a huge motivation to continue.
